For all Berlin residents and visitors to the capital, the cruise on the Spree is not just a great party but also a memorable experience of the city. It's not often that you get a comprehensive impression of all the sights of Berlin in such an entertaining way. It seems that the city reveals its treasures with such generosity only from the water, in some places even creating the feel of Venice. Locations like the Museum Island are a wonderful sight in the evening sunshine. The cruise starts at 19 hrs and ends at around 20.50 hrs, followed by the Big Party ? which is when the fun really begins!

To round off the cruise of the rainbow fleet the CSD ON THE SPREE ?PARTY AFTER will take place on shore by the terraces of the House of World Cultures (Haus der Kulturen der Welt).

June 17, 2010 SWING & DANCE HARBOUR CONCERT

On the shoreline terraces of the Haus der Kulturen, with the Berlin women's brass orchestra (Frauenblasorchester Berlin) and the Queer-Dance-Festival
 
On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of "CSD on the Spree" there's something for the landlubbers here.
All gay and lesbian couples who prefer to stay on land and have terra firma under their feet will enjoy this dance concert, which is for both beginners and those with advanced skills.
 
In addition to the orchestra's live repertoire the DJ set of Walzerlinksgestrickt will keep the dance floor alive until 22:00 hrs with tango, foxtrot and cha-cha.

Any remaining tickets will be available from the ticket office on the evening of the concert.

The party programme for all passengers and landlubbers begins as soon as the cruise ships arrive, and spills over into the BIG PARTY- among other features with star Berlin DJs on two dance floors. The theme of "water" will accompany the evening in many ways - from the foam cannon to showering go-go dancers, it will be a night full of surprises. The star DJs include Monique from Cafe Fatal, Gloria Viagra (GMF), Wicked Bunny and Super Zandy (Propaganda).
